Dear Old Truronians
Our community continues to thrive, and it has been wonderful to see so many alumni reconnecting with the School. The recent Geology Reunion was a great success, bringing together former pupils and staff to celebrate shared memories, lifelong friendships and a common passion that began at Truro School.
As one generation reconnects, another is just beginning its Old Truronian journey. We are delighted to welcome the Class of 2026 into the OT community following their final day at Truro School, celebrated alongside friends, families and staff. We wish them every success in the exciting adventures that lie ahead and look forward to seeing them remain connected to the School as lifelong members of the OT network.
We look forward to welcoming back the Classes of 1964 and 1976 for their upcoming reunions, and there are plenty of other exciting events on the horizon. Whether you’re attending a reunion or joining us at the Truro School Golf Society Day, we hope you’ll find an opportunity to reconnect with fellow OTs and the wider Truro School community.
In early July we were delighted to welcome Old Truronian Melissa Keveren CO14 as guest speaker at this year’s Prep School Speech Day. Drawing on her own experiences as a Truro School pupil, Melissa inspired the next generation to be curious, courageous and kind, reminding them that you don’t have to come from a big city to do big things.
This newsletter also highlights our ‘Dedicate a Seat’ campaign, inviting Old Truronians, families and friends to create a lasting connection with Truro School. By dedicating a seat in the newly refurbished Performance Hall within our exciting Music Centre Project, supporters can leave a meaningful legacy in a space where future generations will learn, perform, create and celebrate together.

Old Truronians Welcome
The Development and Alumni Relations office would be delighted to hear from you. Whether you simply wish to update your details or can spare 10 minutes to complete our interview questionnaire to be featured in the alumni magazine, use the link below to keep in touch or update any details. OTs are also very welcome to visit in person at any time of year for a tour around the site. We only ask that you let us know in advance of your arrival (at least one day before is fine) to ensure we are prepared for your visit, and for the safeguarding of the current pupils. We look forward to welcoming you back!
