Year 11 pupils gathered in the Chapel for a special Celebration Assembly, marking the end of an important chapter in their Truro School journey.
Guests were welcomed on a very warm morning by Kes and Buzz, also known as the “Squeeze Boys”, before taking their seats for a heartfelt service led by Head of Year, Mr Hooper.
The assembly reflected on the experiences, achievements and memories made during their time at the school. Pupils Jaden, Lottie and Lamorna shared personal reflections on their journeys, offering moving and inspiring insights into their years at Truro School.
Musical entertainment was provided by Trystan, who performed Carnival of Venice, before the congregation heard the Reverend’s address and a reading from Year 11 Tutor, Mrs Stone.
Following the service, pupils and their families enjoyed a delicious cream tea together before Year 11 departed to prepare for their Prom later that evening.
We wish all of our Year 11 pupils every success and happiness as they take their next steps.
