A co-opted Governor appointed in September 2026, Lyn’s professional background is in executive and People leadership, having spent more than 20 years as HR Director within Financial Services.
For most of her career she worked as part of leadership teams and boards, working with CEOs as a 'trusted advisor' in both UK and global contexts. Since moving to a non- Executive career, Lyn has joined and supported the Boards of a number of charities, as well as being Chairperson of a Pension Fund. Prior to relocating to Cornwall, Lyn was Vice- Chair of Governors for an independent school in Hampshire.
Lyn is Chair of the Governance and Nominations Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee. Her term of governance expires on 31st August 2029.
