Serving Up Success in Volleyball Club

Our Thursday lunchtime volleyball club, held in the SBA, has seen an impressive rise in popularity over the past three years. What began as a small group has developed into a thriving and well-attended club, with numbers continuing to grow each term, and over  60 pupils in attendance this week.

The club is led by Miss Davies, Mr Whatley and Miss Harris, who support pupils in developing their volleyball skills. While there is a focus on progression and improvement, the club is equally valued as a relaxed and welcoming space.

Pupils attend not only to practise and build confidence in the sport, but also to stay active and socialise with friends in a positive environment. The club has become a highlight of the week for many students, combining physical activity with fun and community.

Volleyball is just one of an impressive list of over 40 clubs held at Truro School during lunchtimes alone. To view the full list of clubs available at lunchtimes, before and after school, please visit the Clubs and Activities page of the Truro School website.
