On a (Sausage) Roll with the Sixth Form Diploma

Some delicious smells were in the air at the Truro School Cookery as a group of Sixth Formers took part in a Seasonaires Cookery Course. Run as a part of the new Sixth Form Diploma Aspire, the course aims to equip the students with the culinary skills to succeed in a season abroad.

Packed with calories and perfect for an apres-ski afternoon tea, the students learnt how to make flapjacks and sausage rolls. They will be making focaccia, scones and bruschetta in next week’s session.
