An Insight to Fieldwork in 2nd Year

Surveying the streets of Truro, our 2nd-year geographers have been practising what they’ve learnt in the classroom this week. They swapped their usual geography lessons for a trip into town to research the city life of Truro.

They looked at the footfall through the streets, as well as the number of vehicles and rated the amount of rubbish around them.

It was a very educational session giving them an insight into fieldwork that will be important for their future studies.
