An Ode for a Glorious New Term

The new academic year at Truro School began with a particularly momentous start, as pupils and staff proudly gathered for the first whole-school assembly in the newly refurbished Assembly Hall.

As pupils entered our beautiful new music centre, The Ode, there were audible gasps of delight and smiles of awe and wonder at the impressive space. Once gathered in the Assembly Hall, excited chatter filled the air as pupils caught up with friends, old and new, before the assembly got underway.

Throughout their first day back, pupils and students also took part in tutor sessions and then got straight into their timetabled lessons (with a well-deserved break for lunch).

We wish all of our pupils and students, and their families, a happy and purposeful start to what promises to be another exciting term at Truro School.
