Year 5 Open Book Look Shines

There was a wonderful buzz of excitement at Truro School Prep as our Year 5 pupils proudly welcomed parents and family members into their classrooms for their Open Book Look event.

The session offered families an opportunity to step into the world of Year 5 and explore the fantastic learning that has taken place throughout the term. From thoughtful written pieces and creative project work, to detailed maths investigations and beautifully presented topic books, the children were eager to share it all.

It was truly heartwarming to see pupils guiding their families around the room, speaking with such confidence, maturity and pride about their achievements. Their joy in discussing their learning captured everything these events are designed to celebrate.
