Animals Around the World

Our incredible Year 1 pupils have shown great curiosity, creativity and confidence in their latest topic, Animals Around the World.

Pupils have been busy learning about different habitats and creating some fabulous dioramas to show the range of habitats and creatures we can find all across the planet. With pupils bringing in resources from home to help their peers, our Year 1s have started looking at rainforests and uncovering the different layers, labelling diagrams and thinking about why different animals thrive in each.
