Year 12 Art students took part in a life drawing session, working from a live model during an afternoon workshop as part of their ongoing studies. Life drawing is a vital element of the Art curriculum, helping students to develop strong observational skills, a deeper understanding of anatomy, and confidence in working at an advanced level.
The session gave students the opportunity to experience industry-standard practice, supporting portfolio development and preparation for future creative pathways. Working from a live model encouraged focus, accuracy, and expressive mark-making, allowing students to explore both technical skill and creative interpretation.
