Rugby Thrives at Truro School

Senior School Rugby continues to thrive at Truro School, with around 110 players across every age group showing commitment, effort and enthusiasm throughout the term. From Year 7 through to the 1st XV, pupils have embraced the opportunities available to them, with strong attitudes in training and on match days.

Wednesday afternoon highlighted the strength of the programme, with five fixtures taking place simultaneously across the school. Pupils represented the school with pride, competed with determination and supported one another throughout the afternoon.

Rugby at Truro School also relies on collective effort behind the scenes. Our immaculate playing surfaces provide an outstanding environment for learning and competition, while coaches’ dedication, parents’ support, and pupils’ commitment continue to drive the programme forward.

A special mention goes to our Year 10 and Year 9 sides, who won their cup matches and progressed to the next round.
