Year 2 Castle Beach Visit 2026

Year 2 enjoyed a fantastic day at Castle Beach last Friday, making the most of a memorable seaside adventure. Pupils delighted in exploring the rock pools, where they discovered crabs, sparkling sea glass and colourful sea anemones.

There was plenty of excitement over lunchtime as some particularly determined seagulls attempted to share in the picnic, though fortunately without success.

The day concluded with an impromptu visit to the Falmouth Sea Shanty Festival, where pupils soaked up the vibrant atmosphere and enjoyed the wonderful music. It was a truly memorable experience for all involved.
