Year 11 A-Level Subject Taster Day

Year 11 pupils from Truro School and beyond stepped into the world of Sixth Form for an inspiring A-Level Subject Taster Day. The event gave pupils the chance to explore a variety of A-Level subjects, participate in lessons, and experience life in the Sixth Form Centre and Sixth Form Hub.

Throughout the day, pupils engaged with challenging and stimulating content, discovering subjects they are passionate about while gaining a real sense of what studying at A-Level entails. The Taster Day also highlighted how Sixth Form life supports independent learning, personal growth, and preparation for future success.

Pupils embraced the full Sixth Form experience, dressing in smart business attire, and had the opportunity to meet with a member of the Sixth Form tutor team to reflect on their experiences and plan their next steps with confidence.
