Year 7 Rosie S
For exceptional contributions in PSHEE on resilience and sharing ideas that can help others build Confidence in building resilience by accepting failures and successes.
Year 8 Amelie P
For being really proactive and planning her Daphne du Maurier Festival Literary Competition entry over the half-term very thoroughly. She showed creativity, dedication and determination in her approach to this competition.
Year 9 Josh A
In English, Josh is always willing to support other students. He is a super example of generous behaviour which promotes the learning of others, and, by extension, his own.
Year 10 Will M
For being a fantastic ambassador for his year group, greeting all pupils and staff with respect and kindness. Will goes out his way to show gratitude and appreciation for teaching staff and offers support for peers in his year group.
Year 11 Amelia H
Amelia is working hard, with serious but good humoured focus, and is leading by example in our classroom, each and every lesson.
Year 12 Tom W O
For helping out at the Year 12 performance evening. An extra actor was required for one of the scenes and Tom stepped in. Tom took on a very demanding role and carried it off with panache.
Year 13 Vlad K and Andrii H
They delivered a moving and thought-provoking chapel service this week to mark the 4th anniversary of the war in Ukraine.
Head’s commendations went to: Buzz, Christian and Arlo for a superb effort in the Regional Round of the Youth Speaks Competition.
