Swim Success For Year 4

Year 4 Prep have been fighting in out for house points in their House Swimming Gala.

Parents, grandparents and guardians were invited along to enjoy the spectacle of front crawl, butterfly, backstroke and breaststroke, alongside fin and board races.

With all pupils taking part, the group showed excellent teamwork, cheering each other on in the races and encouraging everyone, regardless of ability.

Overall winner were Wickett with 99 points, followed by Vinter with 94, School came third with 84 and Smith fourth with 83.

First place trophies were presented to Christopher and Daisy, with Jack and Ella taking the runner up prize.

Our swimming galas are an excellent opportunity for pupils to showcase their swimming progress to family and friends, gain house points through friendly competition and build confidence in the water and amongst their peers.
