Festive Sixth Form Celebration

It was a glorious evening full of festive cheer and winter finery as our Sixth Form students, alongside their tutors, Senior Leadership Team and Sixth Form staff, gathered at the Alverton Hotel, Truro, for the annual Truro School Sixth Winter Ball.

With a festive berry drink to greet them on arrival, guests were treated to a delicious dinner, with starters including torched mackerel and roasted tomato and basil soup, mains of turkey pauplette and baked local white fish and sumptuous deserts including Christmas pudding and dark chocolate cheesecake.

With a disco and photo booth to complete the evening, it was a wonderful opportunity for our Sixth Form community to come together to unwind and celebrate after a term full of hard work. A huge thank you to the Sixth Form team and the Alverton for organising such a wonderful evening of Christmas merriment.
