A Sprinkling of Christmas

Truro School has been getting ready for Christmas and the start of Advent, as decorating and festivities have begun across both sites.

The Truro School Cookery Café is looking gloriously festive, with decorated windows and tasty festive bakes available. The Pre-Prep also has some lovely painted windows, with baubles and Santa faces that the children have been posing with.

At the Senior School, trees have been installed in the Chapel, Quad and front office. Mrs Jobling and Dr Pope hosted a very wet tree lighting ceremony, where pupils braved Monday’s torrential rain to behold the lighting of the tree ready for Advent.

Over at the Prep, the tree is shining in the hallway of Treliske House, with one on the roundabout and another in the Pre-Prep reception. Our Prep pupils are excitedly looking for an ‘Elf on the Shelf’, which they have affectionately named after Mrs Mac. Each day, they are trying to find Mrs Mac, who we found today hiding in the dining room!
