A Great Start to WAA

The new term of Wednesday Afternoon Activities (WAA) is well underway, with pupils throwing themselves into a rich and varied programme that reflects the breadth of life at Truro School.

From the focus and finesse of Fencing to the energy and teamwork on display in Girls’ Indoor Hockey, our sports activities continue to build confidence, resilience and camaraderie.

Alongside this, pupils are exploring creativity and skill development through an impressive range of options, including Ceramics and Print Making in Art, Cookery and Patisserie, Drama, Dance and Music, as well as strategy-based clubs such as Board Games, Debating and Dungeons & Dragons. With opportunities spanning physical, creative and intellectual pursuits, WAA remains a cornerstone of our holistic education, allowing pupils of all ages to discover new interests, develop talents and enjoy learning beyond the classroom.
