Boarders Welcomed for 25/26

New boarding pupils and their families have been given a warm welcome to Truro School for the start of the 2025-26 school year. The celebrations began with a welcome BBQ in the dining room, where everyone enjoyed a feast of burgers and hot dogs.

The event provided a wonderful opportunity for new boarders and their families to meet each other and connect with our returning boarding community, ready and excited for the year ahead. Staff were on hand throughout, helping pupils settle in, find their feet, and start making new friendships. Parents also enjoyed guided tours of the school, while international pupils took some well-earned rest after their journeys.

We are delighted to welcome boarders from near and far, including the Isles of Scilly, as well as from China, Germany, France, Italy, Lithuania, and Spain.

We look forward to sharing their stories and following their journeys as they commence their educational journey at Truro School.
