The Class of 76 are invited to celebrate this 50-year milestone with a reception and celebratory dinner in the school dining room on the evening of Friday 16 October from 6.30 pm, with a contemporary 1970’s themed menu.
The cost to attend will be £55 per person.
Partners, siblings, family and friends are very welcome.

This reunion has been arranged in partnership with Steve Floyd and Steve Harrison from the Class of 76. Through social media, they have already been in contact with over 35 Old Truronian (plus a few former pupils from other years) from the four corners of the world! They are planning on putting out regular updates on who is attending, what you have all been up to over the years, and the arrangements.
The dinner is open to anyone who had a close association with your year group or you, as well as any guests you’d like to bring along. Invitations are also being sent to former teachers from the 1976 era and still living in the Truro area.
Drinks reception: 6.30 pm
Dinner served: 7.00 pm
Carriages: 10.00 pm
Starter: Prawn cocktail, or melon with Parma ham
Main: seared chicken breast with classic chasseur garnish, or cod in parsley sauce, or butternut and sage pithivier (all served with potatoes and seasonal vegetables)
Dessert: sherry trifle, or black forest gateau
Followed by after-dinner coffee and mints
Our Chef will be delighted to adapt any part of the menu should you have any special dietary requirements, please just let us know in advance when making your booking.
There will be a bottle of white and red on each table, and the option to purchase extra wine and beer at the bar. Port and Cointreau will be offered after dinner, courtesy of Steve Harrison and Steve Floyd.
