Year 6 Leavers’ Disco Delights

On Friday night, Truro School celebrated with an unforgettable Leavers’ Disco for our incredible Year 6 pupils. The event was a fitting farewell to a fantastic cohort, who will be moving on to Year 7 in September.

Pupils arrived in style, making their entrance down a red carpet lined with personalised Hollywood stars bearing their names. A 2025 Leavers balloon arch welcomed everyone into the celebration, setting the scene for a night full of fun and laughter.

The disco featured a hugely popular photo booth complete with props galore, and the silent disco was an instant hit, with pupils dancing the night away to their favourite tunes on wireless headsets.

A huge thank you goes to our amazing team of parent volunteers and staff, whose time, energy and creativity made the evening so special. From decorating the venue to managing the activities, their hard work created memories that Year 6 will cherish for years to come.

It was a joyous evening, and the perfect way to say goodbye and good luck to our Year 6 stars as they begin their next adventure!
