Year 6 Fantastic Football Win

Thursday 7th October, Football v Threemilestone School

Wow – what a great game of football from our U11 ‘A’ team! After a nervy start, we played some attractive, flowing football. The game was extremely close, but our defence stood strong, and we ended up winning our first game of the season 3 – 0. I would like to thank the players for their brilliant sportsmanship, and all of the parents, staff and children that came to support.

Our U11 ‘B’ team played two back-to-back matches against Threemilestone School last week. Their attitude and approach to the game was fantastic; they played good passing football, utilised the whole pitch and played the game in the right spirit. Over the two twenty-minute games, Truro scored 9 goals and conceded just 1.
