Year 2 enjoy their first cricket festival

On the last day term, the Year 2 children attended a cricket festival at the Cornwall Cricket Centre where they enjoyed competing against teams from other schools. Lots of fun was had as the children practised their batting and fielding skills.

The children have been learning to play cricket in their PE lessons and in addition, some of them also attend a weekly after school cricket club at Pre-Prep. They confidently showcased these skills at the festival and it was wonderful to see them all having such a great time.
