Year 11 Pupil Achieves Second Scientific Publication

Congratulations to Year 11 pupil Sarang, who has achieved his second scientific publication in the PubMed-indexed international journal Health Technology Letters.

Sarang’s latest research explores transatlantic differences in attitudes towards technology in STEM and healthcare. Building on his previous work, he collaborated once again with Professor Chris James, contributing detailed analysis under the guidance of a statistician.

The project has already gained further recognition, having been shortlisted for competitive grant funding, with the aim of developing the research from theory into practical application.

Sarang’s family have expressed their gratitude to Truro School for the many ways it has helped shape his confidence and academic ability. Looking ahead, Sarang is keen to extend this work further through his EPQ next year at Truro School Sixth Form.
