Pre-Prep was awash with Roman centurions, emperors and goddesses, and Tudor lords and ladies today as two fantastic humanities days took place.
Year 2s were visited by a real-life Roman who led them in a range of Roman-inspired activities including Roman bathing methods, writing in Roman books and exploring replica coins and jewellery.
Meanwhile, the Year 1s were busy with Tudor-themed activities including jousting and making Tudor roses. Their day will end with a sumptuous Tudor banquet.
These days are a fantastic way to bring learning to life and to inspire curiosity and interest in our topics. Thanks to all of the staff and to our fabulous pupils who make them so enjoyable.
