This week, the Senior Prefect team joined the Sixth Form team for a celebratory dinner in recognition of their commitment and contributions in leadership roles.
Held in a relaxed setting, the evening featured a delicious menu of Dirty Burgers (meat or veggie), fries, nachos, and an array of desserts, all accompanied by soft drinks.
The dinner offered a meaningful opportunity to look back on the significance of student leadership at Truro School, from supporting peers and helping at events to shaping the wider Sixth Form experience. It was also a moment to celebrate the collaboration, communication, and maturity it takes to lead with integrity and purpose.
Truro School has a proud tradition of leadership and responsibility. Sixth Form students are encouraged to develop and apply these skills through a range of opportunities, whether as school prefects, subject prefects, heads of houses, team captains, or ACHE mentors. Each role enables students to make a positive and lasting contribution to school life.
A heartfelt thank you to our Senior Prefects for the energy, dedication, and enthusiasm they bring to their roles — we are incredibly proud of all that they do.
