Riding into Wednesday Afternoons

As part of our Wednesday Afternoon Activity programme, pupils have the opportunity to spend their afternoons at Goonbell Riding School. Whether they’re complete beginners or looking to build on existing skills, the sessions offer a fantastic introduction to riding and horsemanship.

Lessons take place in the school’s large indoor arena, with regular opportunities to ride out on nearby bridleways. Beginners and novices focus on the basics, while more confident riders can develop their flatwork and even begin jumping.

It’s a wonderful way to enjoy time outdoors, build confidence, and connect with animals in a supportive and fun setting.
