Pre-Prep Playground Refresh

As our youngest pupils returned to school after the half term break, they were welcomed by a fantastic refresh of the Pre-Prep bark area; an improvement that is certainly worth celebrating.

As part of the update, the space has been extended and enhanced with the addition of new playground hanging bars. While these are a fun and engaging feature for all pupils, using the bars helps children develop core and postural strength and supports both gross and fine motor skills. They provide valuable proprioceptive input, helping pupils to feel more settled, regulated and ready to learn. Just as importantly, they offer children the chance to challenge themselves, build confidence and enjoy active play in a positive and supportive environment.
