Since the beginning of term, our boarders have been having a blast participating in various activities at the weekends and in the evenings. From bouncing around at a trampoline park to exploring the incredible Rainforest and Mediterranean Biomes at the renowned Eden Project – an adventure that ended with an exhilarating ice-skating session, our boarders have been making the most of every moment.
To shake off any January Monday blues, they came together for a ‘blue-themed’ celebration, indulging in a feast of all things blue and engaging in some seriously fun teambuilding activities. From hanging doughnut eating contests to hilarious word games and entertaining rounds of Heads Up, the evening was filled with laughter, giggles, and joy. Definitely not a blue moment in sight.
Our start of term boarders’ chapel service, led by the wonderful Rev Helen was all about helping and supporting one another through life’s challenges. Justin and Mate demonstrated this beautifully by bravely volunteering to tackle the challenge of eating strawberries with (very large) chopsticks. It was a sight to behold!
