Leadership Evolution for our Senior Prefects

Yesterday, our Sixth Form prefects joined day one of a cutting-edge three-day progressive leadership training exercise aimed at enhancing their self-awareness and group leadership skills.

Leveraging their military leadership backgrounds, Henry and Rich from INTENT: Leadership Evolution, shared their insights and experience of leading high-performance teams. This first session of three focused on developing self-awareness and understanding individual responses to challenging situations, to develop greater self-awareness and resilience.

Our prefects were faced with some extremely uncomfortable moments which they all took with great humour, and this enabled them to analyse and explore their ideas for optimal outcomes, honing critical thinking abilities and starting to embrace the idea of ‘getting comfortable with the uncomfortable’. This training presents a valuable opportunity for prefects to grow both individually and as a team, benefiting the entire Sixth Form community.
