Final Preparations for Ten Tors and Silver DofE

The spirit of adventure was on full display as pupils completed their final Ten Tors training and Silver DofE Practice Expedition.

After months of preparation in rain, sunshine, wind, ice and mist, our Ten Tors teams wrapped up their training with safety briefings, route planning and final kit checks all completed ahead of this weekend’s event. We wish all of our teams the very best of luck as they take on the challenge.

Meanwhile, our Silver Duke of Edinburgh’s Award teams successfully completed their Practice Expedition on Bodmin Moor. Battling mixed weather conditions, pupils demonstrated impressive grit, determination and enthusiasm throughout the weekend. They should be incredibly proud of their achievements as they now look ahead to their Qualifying Expedition next month.
