Culinary Skills Tested in 1st and 2nd Year

Delightful aromas filled the cookery school last night as our 1st and 2nd years got stuck into this term’s cookery course. On the menu this week was a lightly spiced chicken curry, made with fresh ingredients, the pupils had plenty of opportunities to practice their knife skills, as well as cooking on the hob.

Once they had completed their dishes, they took home their freshly made meal home to share with their families. All ingredients for our cookery school courses are provided for the pupils, which means they’re always cooking tasty new meals and trying new things.
