Community Maths Masterclasses

Our recent Maths Masterclasses welcomed Year 5 pupils from local primary schools for a programme of enrichment activities, with more than 120 sessions attended over the three Saturdays.

Across the sessions, pupils explored a range of exciting mathematical concepts, including Probability, Tactics in Games, and the fascinating Möbius strip. Designed to challenge and inspire young mathematicians, the masterclasses encouraged curiosity, problem-solving, and creative thinking beyond the classroom.

A huge thank you goes to our fantastic Maths Department for organising and leading the sessions, and to all the pupils who joined us with such energy and enthusiasm.
