Last weekend was ‘Wellbeing Weekend’ in boarding, and our boarders engaged in wellbeing workshops, centred around ‘knowing ourselves’, ‘looking after ourselves’ and learning strategies to cope with stress. The group spent a couple of hours colouring, mandala drawing, chocolate eating, making creations with Play-Doh and experimenting with tuning forks to feel relaxed.
In Malvern, the girls have enjoyed a ‘make your own pizza night’ where sweet and savoury pizzas were made, and although the weather outside has been damp and grey, a delivery of gorgeous daffodils and narcissi, hand delivered from the Scillies, has lifted the spirits of our girls – thank you, Mrs Mills!
All of our boarders headed off for a day of bowling at the weekend, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
