A Gingerbread Filled Christmas

A warm aroma filled the cookery room of the Prep School as our Year 4 pupils enjoyed a fantastic gingerbread decorating class. Led by Mrs Knight, pupils were excited to bring their festive designs to life with icing pens and decorations.

After their decorating was complete, our children looked into how they could re-create this recipe at home and were given some dough to note the required texture and consistency and practice rolling out cookies of their own.
