1st Years Compete For their Houses in Maths

Our 1st Years this week have competed in their first House Maths competition. Held over a lunchtime session, pupils worked in pairs to solve mathematical problems and conundrums.  A huge number of enthusiastic pupils turned up to the event, so many in fact, we had to implement a rolling subs programme!

With our Sixth Form prefects on hand to oversee and administer the challenge, Wickett were winners, closely followed by Vinter. 3^rd place was School.

The next House Maths Competition will be the hotly contested Sixth Form competition later this term.
