This is a faithful transcription of the earliest magazine in the school archive, published in July 1891 (except for the later additional quotations in the margins).

‘H.W.’ just visible at the top of the cover, are the initials of Herbert Wilkinson (TS 1890-98), assistant master and editor of the magazine.
