Senior Prefects Leadership Training with INTENT

This year’s Sixth Form cohort has begun the new academic year with three leadership training sessions led by INTENT Leadership Evolution.

INTENT draws on Henry and Rich’s military backgrounds and experience of high-performance teams. Students first come to know themselves, gaining insight into their own and others’ reactions to stress, then are challenged through demanding and at times uncomfortable situations that show how they function under pressure in small groups and larger teams, and finally are empowered to apply those skills with confidence in leadership roles and beyond.

The programme helps our Sixth Formers build the skills they need for university interviews, job applications and career progression. We look forward to following our Sixth Formers’ progress as they apply these skills throughout the coming year.
