Truro School Wins Gardening Awards

Truro School has once again been recognised in the Truro City Council Annual Garden and Allotments Competition, taking home awards for Best School Garden and Best Kept Area Maintained by Children.

Head Gardener Tom, Gardener Chris and Head of Lower School Mrs Felicity Thurlow attended the awards ceremony to collect the trophies on behalf of the School.

Pupils were delighted to receive their awards at the weekly Gardening Club, which meets every Friday lunchtime, and celebrated a result that reflects their own hard work in caring for the grounds.

Congratulations to everyone involved in this outstanding achievement, which reflects the School’s commitment to its pupils and to maintaining a beautiful school environment.
