Cornhill Farm Visit for Prep’s Budding Farmers

Budding farmers in Years 3 to 6 paid a visit to Cornhill Farm in Kehelland at the kind invitation of Truro School Prep Old Boy, Peter Olds (CO03).

Peter gave the children a whistle-stop tour of the farm, which is home to 17,000 free-range hens. The children toured the pig fields and ran the rule over the wheat crop before exploring the egg-grading barn, which is the nerve centre of the operation.
