Confident Calculations in House Maths Challenge

The first House Maths Challenge got underway in a hotly contested lunchtime battle. Representatives from our four houses, School, Wickett, Vinter and Smith, tackled a range of fiendishly tricky maths questions, with their peers on hand for moral support.

With Maths Prefect Louis on hand to check answers, it was a flurry of quick-fire calculations and jubilant celebrations as even the trickiest of questions were solved.

The House Maths Challenge is one of a number of exciting events that span music, sport and general knowledge, to name but a few. With friendly rivalry to spur things on, an ethos of inclusivity remains at the heart of our School houses. Being in a house is a point of pride, and the activities are there to be enjoyed and supported by all of our school community.

Well done to all of the pupils who took part in the challenge, with a special congratulations to the overall winner, Wickett. Thanks to Mrs Robins and Louis for their support.

1st Place 33 Points Wickett House
2nd Place 32 Points School House
3rd Place 31 Points Vinter House
