In preparation for our trip to Healey’s Cyder Farm on Friday the Nursery children have been learning about apples. They have observed them, drawn pictures of them, smelt and tasted apples this week. They found out about the life cycle of an apple and visited the orchard on site. Five different apples were tasted and the children had to decide which was their favourite. This was a tricky decision and they loved them all. The results were as follows:
Braeburn – 4 likes
Golden Delicious – 4 likes
Granny Smith – 1 like
Pink Lady – 5 likes
Royal Gala – 5 likes
