Ten Tors Final Training on the Moor

Four teams spent the weekend on Dartmoor for the final training weekend before the Ten Tors Expedition in May. Three teams are in training for the 35 miles and one team for the 45 miles.

They faced the usual Dartmoor weather challenges of three seasons-in-one-day, with Mr Aston reporting they navigated flawlessly in dense fog. Each team wild camped for one night and achieved around 1,000m height, encompassing some favourite and some not-so-favoured tor climbs. Congratulations to all teams on a fabulous training weekend.
