Year 4 Visited Tesco Truro on Monday 2 March as part of their Geography curriculum, to learn about Indian foods.

The Tesco staff helped our pupils make onion bhajis and dip and then they tasted the finished product – some were very keen and others not so eager for second helpings!

The pupils used their sense of smell to investigate the different ingredients used in Indian cooking. They were told what the different foods would be used for and visited the fridges, freezers and warehouse to see how they are stored.
