Taking the school into home has been a new experience for everyone in the Truro School community, with pupils, parents, and teachers adjusting to remote learning. We are incredibly proud of the way that everyone has adapted to the changes and thank everyone for all of their effort.

From learning languages with household items, cooking from scratch in your kitchens, to make shift sports areas in your gardens, the stories and pictures below show how you've all been making the most of the current situation with hands-on learning outside of the classroom walls.

This page has been created to celebrate all of the school's amazing achievements during these times.

The Truro School Identity

Our school motto, Esse Quam Videri, (to be rather than to seem to be) captures the essence of our identity. From Nursery right through to Sixth Form the Truro School Community shares the same values and approach to education which help to shape our identity. Underpinned by strong Christian principles, we are a caring and inclusive community which values, nurtures and develops each individual. Click on the links below to find out more.
