Years 5 and 6 Orienteering Adventure in Tehidy Woods

94 pupils from Years 5 and 6 recently went on an orienteering mission to Tehidy Woods. The pupils had to navigate a course that had been set up for them, using a map and compass and were required to identify control posts set up at various points along the course.

The event ties in with their curriculum PE lessons as well as being part of the outdoor education element of the Year 6 diploma.
