On Wednesday 3 February, the 2nd Year students from the Contemporary Crafts Course at Falmouth University hosted their Private View exhibition of work at Truro School’s Heseltine Gallery. The Audience and Identity Exhibition showcased some outstanding pieces of work which used a huge diverse range of materials and techniques. Gail, the Course Co-ordinator said, “In this exhibition we are asking the students to really think about what type of maker they want to be and also what their audience is really about. They are moving on from the technical processes to think more about the display of work and getting responses from their audience which they can then build on in the 3rd Year.”
The Exhibition is running until Thursday 12 February at the Heseltine Gallery. For more information please call 01872 246039.
