Junior Girls track and Field Cup – Regional Final – Exeter
After a shaky start (breaking down on the A30 22miles from Exeter) the junior girls team performed admirably. Scarlett and Rosie had to go straight onto the track with no warm up to run their 1500m. Bimini and Daisy then had to run their hurdles alone (as we missed this event due to our late arrival). Most girls achieved more points than they did in the county round, scoring particularly well on the track. Top scorers on the day were: Scarlett (21 points) and Lily (20 points).
