Prep Rugby: County Championship TAG Festival

On Saturday the 20th May, Truro Prep were involved in an inter-school TAG Rugby festival at Camborne Science and International Academy. Last Thursday, all pupils in Year 3 and 4 went to the theatre for an end of exam week treat to see Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat; I was delighted to be asked to join the trip and our children were a joy as they watched, entranced. Truro School host first volunteer ‘Green Finger Sustainability Day’

On Saturday 20 May, pupils and parents came together for Truro School’s first ever ‘Green Finger Day’. The project was hosted by Head of DT, Chris Baker, whose aim was to engage pupils with a sustainability-led outdoor project involving gardening, landscaping, conservation and upcycling. Truro School hosts Psychology themed Junior Challenge Day

Today, we welcomed 33 students from eight primary schools around the county to Truro School’s fifth Junior Challenge Day. This year, it was focused around Psychology and the brain, challenging the pupils with a carousel of mind and memory games.
