Surf Lifesaving Success for Truro School Pupils

Many of the Truro School Swimming Team members have been out in force over the past two weeks representing various Cornish Surf Life Saving Clubs.
 
The Surf Life Saving National Championships was held two weeks ago in Exmouth where 670 children from around Great Britain attended and, more recently, the Cornish Surf Life Saving Championships (September 12-13) took place.
 
A number of National and County titles (in age categories) were obtained by Truro School Swimming Team members. Congratulations to the following pupils who claimed titles in various disciplines:

Freya Hocking: Nipper Surf Swim National Champion
Emily Becconsall: Junior Beach 1km Run National Champion

James Drage-Hubert: Cornish Surf Ski Champion
Sam Norton: Cornish Ironman Champion
Freya Hocking: Cornish Ironwoman Champion, Cornish Surf Ski Champion
